do I return or exchange an item?

products. You may return any item in its original and unused condition, for any
reason, for 30 days after your purchase date. We will gladly issue a gift
certificate covering the value of your return that may be used to purchase any
item(s) we carry or we will issue you a full refund--it's your choice! If we
have made a mistake, we'll also refund the shipping. 1.) Print and complete the Return/Exchange form below.
